All that aside if smallpox breaks out in america the blood will be on the hands of our ruling elite in my opinion. They have been warned that this will happen. It is not exactly like 911 where they knew they might but did not know when or where. They could have at least had the vaccine ready but they do not even care enough for their subjects to take that small precaution.They are huffing and puffing now and making their big speeches to show how much they care but they are predators and parasites.
