I wonder what sort of pattern would emerge if you plotted their locations over time and overlaid a graphic showing liquor store and 7-11 robberies for the same time period?

Maybe Gale Norton will be able to straighten out the mess. She certainly won't be worse, or more corrupt, than Bruce Babbitt.

This lawsuit violates the equal protection clause of the Constitution. The government has stolen all other trust funds. Why should this trust fund receive special attention? A plausible defense for a dishonest government?

Rubin works at city group, refused chairman position but is still very influential in the dealing of the largest finacial institution in the world.
