Expert says terror threat could be huge

A congressional expert on terrorism said there are thousands of well-trained Mideastern terrorists in the United States who are capable of "spectacular" acts of violence.

Two terrorism experts said they have never seen such estimates from an official government source; others declined to comment.

But Patrick Leahy and Ted Kennedy and a cabal of formerly Constitution-HATING liberals are NOW all of a sudden "concerned" about the "Constitutionality" of the administration's desire to root out these despicable murderers through increased surveillance powers. Be careful, CAIR could come after you for posting such an insensitive message. The President has assured us that Bin Laden highjacked Islam and that all US MUslims are devoted to peace and love Islam. The cleric who prayed with the President at the National Cathedral was not really the same cleric who was filmed at a Hamas rally while they were screaming Death to America. They will tell you it was all manipulation by the Jewish controlled media. CAIR, of course, is innocent of any attempts to fool the American public. Why a spokesman even appeared on Dr. Laura's show, and she couldn't be wrong, could she?

My personal estimate--based only on a hunch--is that there are 100 cells, each with 10 members. This makes 1,000 hard-core terrorists. They have 10,000 to 50,000 in a support network. Those 10- to 50-thousand rely on hundreds of thousands who know what is going on but keep silent.

This is why immediate deportation of enemy aliens is a screamingly-urgent matter; every second that ticks by without roundup and deportation brings us closer to losing an American city....or three.

Just once, I would like to hear from an Islamic organization that is more eager to condemn terrorism than to scream "slander" at people who raise the issue.
