Perhaps it would do to give them a Toll-Free Call at (800) 445-3235 and ask them if it will be available for smallpox victims...

Contact the Department of Health and Human Services and ask about this issue: will these Cidofovir be made available in the event of a Smallpox outbreak? If not, why not?
