I suspect the Chinese would be more than happy to take care of that base for them.

I suspect that the Cuban people don't want another 30 years of blockade. Hopefully they will see the light and we will have a free Cuba soon.

I think our blockade will be there as long as Castro and his communist ilk are in charge. Russia pulling out won't change that. I just wouldn't be surprised if Castro hasn't already been talking to the Red Army about relocating to their little island retreat. It's not that far from the Panama Canal, after all.
