The saying is over 2000 years old. But it is as true today as it was when Rome was the only superpower. When the Romans forgot it, they ceased to exist and the dark ages descended. If you don't think the Muslims are the dark ages look at the Muslim women. We have spent the last 50 years trying our best to forget the following phrase.
