X42 looted these funds starting in 1993 under Babbit! Interior is still loaded with these left wing zealot terrorists of X42's. We have been sending letters and emails starting in about 1994 on this issue and could never get it up into the radar zone!

That money was spent buying votes like welfare/health care for illegal aliens.
