The St. Petersburg letter looks to me like it was written by an older person, maybe with shaky hands. There's something about it that reminds me of how some of my elderly (bank) customers write.
Makes me wonder if our sly President had another reason for wanting school children to send a $1...maybe he was hoping the perp would think it was an opportunity to infect the White House..and the WH would possibly gain some new leads.
