I had an old dog that I wanted to buy a gas mask for, but I didn't want to put it over his face.

If my neighbor's pet Vietnamese Pot Bellied pig dies in a gas attack, what is the safest way to cook it?

I'm the one that needs the mask, when I'm around my girlfriend's Pug.
The little monster likes to get right up next to you and let one go.

(please don't flame me for this - it's a joke letter that, if sent, would really rile Peta) :^]
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Memo to Pet Owners:
cc: Peta:
While a gas-mask is the best defense against a chemical attack, it's unlikely that you'll be carrying the mask outside if an attack occurs. However, pet owners should know that their beloved pet could be the key to their survival should they be walking their pooch outdoors when a chemical bomb explodes and the fumes begin to spread.
The lucky pet owner, under these circumstances, would need nothing except a handy pocket knife and their pet to survive. Attached you'll find instructions from the American Fur Traders Association on how to quickly and mercifully remove a pelt of fur from your pet that you can then hold tightly over your face to filter out the noxious fumes as you run for cover.
Owners of larger pets might also be able to quickly carve 3 or 4 pelts in order to help save others who happen to be nearby when the attack occurs.

"The [gas mask] companies that I have talked to said they have received many calls andsome of them are considering making gas masks for animals," she said.If you want to stand around with a
gas mask on watching the family dog die,
I suppose that's your business. The
kids will never forgive, you though.

I don't see a problem, looks like they already have gas masks for animals, look at the one on this animal in his cage.

Sounds like the "Gas bags for gas masks" movement is well under way.

"...the inmates are running the asylum."
I disagree.
Inmates are still in the asylum & the asylum is still called, PETA.

They're the ones that are always coming out with the rude billboards or doing the naked people on the streets PETA folks should be ashamed of themselves for doing naked people in the street and frightening the horses.
