The body of Christ is the church.

Christ established one Church not a bunch of them. So if you have been baptized and are a Protestant, you are a part of the body but in imperfect communion with his church.

I dont understand what you mean. Where did I mention a bunch of churches? The body of Christ is THE church. Once I am saved I become a member of the body of Christ. The church and the body are NOT separate. They are one and the same.

I accept Yahshua Messiah as my Savior and Redeemer and have not been to church for 30 years, what does that make me?
The church is a building, an ediface for those of a certain faiths to gather in fellowship. I for one, do not need a building to validate my belief and faith. I have Christ in my heart and profess Him every chance I get, but, I don't preach. I do it when people ask me how I am and I tell them them I have Christ in my heart and that I am excellent because of that. Everyone says that their church is the true church and as long as that argument goes on, nothing will be accomplished. Yahweh is not a Creator of confusion, mankind is.
