If they are not visibly in the room, that is physically, YES it is praying to them. What is so hard for you guys to understand about that?

No. Neither am I closing my eyes as I speak and assuming a posture of prayer as catholics do. Nor am I venerating them by affirming their blessedness and telling them how holy they are.
