Or it could mean that a semi-truck (18 wheeler) filled with anthrax powder is going to be driven over the skyway bridge of a major city (Chicago?), perhaps with the top or the trailer opened so that the powder blows out in massive quantities? Just before morning rush hour, perhaps?

The issue still remains that the first repored anthrax case was at the AMI building, very close to Atta´s house. Atta went into the pharmacy with red hands. These clues cannot be discounted
