This won't affect the Bump-to-the-Top Effect that much. Since bump-lists are usually posts in rapid succession, they tend to only monopolize the Latest Posts page for a minute, and then drop off unless the thread is periodically bumped.

This just allows for less clutter. Periodic and strategic bumping will still allow for one to keep a thread bumped to the top.

I think, anyway. Here's to hoping someone backs me up on this.
