Sueann, do what I do. After sending the FRmail, back up to the 'write message' screen (the message should still be there), change the name to your screen name and send the same message to yourself. My messages sometimes go through several re-writes before I finally send them. It's very handy to review exactly what you said. I also do this if I'm in the middle of a long message and am interupted. Then I can go back to that message and use cut & paste to finish my message.
