Yes, he ganted clemency to 17 convicted FALN terrorists, and on 9/10/99, 2 years and 1 day prior to WTC attack, they walked out of prison, free men.

Didn't he also pardon terrorists?I doubt that issue came up on GMA. I really do wish he would just shut up...
