I'll bet that everytime our President sees Hillary it conjures up a picture of x42 and Monica in one of their kinky love positions with Mrs. Clinton just standing by condoning it.
President GWB probably just shacks his head in pure disdane for this old VRC chick?
The Pres probably has a ton of nicknames for this old hag, but none are really appropriate for public consumption, so to speak?

Actually, now that I've thought about it: the fact that President Bush calls her Senator and HASN'T given Hildebeaste a nickname is clear-cut evidence that he hates her guts.... And the fact that the "Senator" hesitated before revealing that she herself has no "Dubya-nick" tells me that she is aware of this--maybe it just then occurred to her--and she was wondering if anybody in the audience was noticing it.
