What I would suggest, if feasable and doable for the sake of freedom, is that Mrs Maher hole up with her family somewhere from which place she can wage a guerrilla campaign in this case, using arguments above. Forcing Monaco to disclose in general its banking practices would go a long way to include the MAher case to the spot light as a particular example. Such scandal would also be used by our own government to put on the pressure. After all, our national security is more important than banking freedom. This is war, and maybe Ted is part of this war.

Monégasque residents and businesses, touched by the tragedy that befell their dear and close ally, contributed $500,000 to the Monaco September 11th Solidarity Fund. The Monaco fund will be contributed to the Twin Towers Relief Fund established by Mayor Giuliani to assist, support, and recognize the families of members of New York Citys uniformed services.
Through the legacy and sweet remembrance of American-born Princess Grace, the Principality of Monaco has for many decades enjoyed long-lasting and intimate ties with the United States and its people. For over forty years, the Principality has had representative offices in New York City and has collaborated with the United States on numerous business and charitable endeavors, humanitarian causes and cultural exchanges. In addition, Monaco enjoys the reputation as one of Americas beloved tourist destinations.
We are honored to support America in this terrible time of suffering and loss. Monacos heritage is directly linked with the United States and although our country is small, our hearts are big. We have been uniquely touched by the recent tragic events and hope that our contribution demonstrates our unending solidarity and unity with the United States, said Maguy Maccario-Doyle, Consul General of Monaco in New York.
