Ted passed a slip of paper to U.S. Consular official Patricia Feitz on December 8, 1999 with the two words "Russian Italian". This under the watchful eye of the Monaco camera, and undetected by its microphone.

Who would have shown him photos of his children in New York and played tape recordings of their voices for Heidi?

The investigating magistrate (judge d'instruction) Patricia Ricet was said by Profonde Gorge to have left her last job in Paris when someone took a shot at her. Profonde Gorge said she was named to an unprecedented reappointment to her three-year term in Monaco recently because she was "obedient to the police"--

Why then did she blow Monaco for Paris again, leaving the case without a judge?

If the Geneva prosecutor was right, and Safra was killed for cooperating with the FBI regarding the laundering of $4.8 billion through his Republic Bank in IMF loans to Russia, perhaps she felt that cold wind from up north chilling her warm banc in the cote d'azur.

"Ted passed a slip of paper..."
I really do not care to know what that was all about, nor do I think I want to-

All I want is my Brother back home-
