Your post reminded me of something somewhat strange I saw a few days ago. I was in a 7 Eleven and behind me in line was what I thought to be a Mexican guy and his young son until I heard them talking in a language that sounded Middle Eastern and definitely was not Spanish. The dad looked Mexican American though and even had that hip hair cut that was shaved for about an inch above the ears going around the head.
