Ah, I see. Paying a commitment previously made is 'checkbook diplomacy'.

I do not agree with the UN. I think we should pull out. I just do not require my leaders to agree with me on every issue to support their leadership, as you apparently do.

My position remains as it was. I support my President. You don't, and you never will, regardless of how fine a President he is or how successfully he carries out his duties as leader of the free world, because you will require him to agree with everything you think.
I am not that arrogant. You obviously are.
