But back to the missile test. You'd think our prospective "anti-terrorism partner" would suspend them at a time like this if they weren't designed to get attention.

Don't confuse the issue with the facts...all the conspiracy NUTCASES are having the time of their pitiful lives. Since they have nothing else to do but worry about Rapture and Russia. Where did you see it written that it was planned months in advance? I remember the Indian's saying their missile test ,while the Chinese foreign minister was visiting, was planned months in advance. The sky might not be falling but if your going to play the "I'm a very good geo-political analyst" game you need to take this into consideration.
