[history]
The Justice Department refused an FBI request in August for a national security warrant to search a computer belonging to a French Algerian now being held as a material witness in the Sept. 11 attack on America.
The FBI request to search the computer of Zacarias Moussaoui, made under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), was rejected by department lawyers, according to congressional sources who learned about the denial at a briefing yesterday.

Were any of the X42 holdovers or moles involved?
To: kattracks
I doubt that many more details will come to light, but I'd bet a paycheck that it was Gore/Clinton DOJ appointees who stood in the way of this warrant.

The title of this article should be 'Justice Dept kills 6,000 people.'

They were too busy fighting cyberterrorism and militias. Good work guys.

All replies to your post imply that this was Reno's Justice Dept. Wasn't the request unfortunately refused in August 2001 ?

Please disregard my reply. Words like "holdovers" & "appointees" didn't register @ 3AM

The people in the Justice Dept. who denied this warrant should be identified and brought before Congress on national TV. My reaction also is that they're holdovers from the Clinton administration, but either way, this needs to be investigated.

Everyone has lost their mind at once. You can fool some of the people all of the time; we just didn't know exactly how large that group was till Bill Clinton was reelected in 1996.
Now that our long national nightmare of having the most corrupt administration in American history is over, some people are waking up to find out there were and will be terrible consequences of Clinton's treason, corruption, and moral turpitude.

I am holding my breath, and hoping your analysis isn't what's really happening. Unfortunately, there are far too many signs that it is.
