In 1991 some members of the Texas Light Infantry Brigade, a citizen's militia, followed Strassmeir to a federal building and observed him entering it at night using the key-pad. [20, 22] After obtaining false documentation and a drivers license, Strassmier was still unable to find a job (other than government informant). Because Andy could not legally obtain a job, and because of his apparant intrests in 'alternative lifestyles', Andy moved to Elohim City in 1993. At that time, he had lived in the United States illegally for five years.
Zara Patterson III, a long time resident of Elohim City, summed up Strassmeir's intentions as equally ominous. "From the moment Andy got here (mid-August 1991) all he wanted us to do was illegal stuff. I had to keep telling Andy that we were defensive here... not offensive. I had to keep telling him that we didn't want any trouble with the Feds." "I never saw anyone so eaten up with military stuff as Andy was," recalled Zara Patterson III. "I was in the Marines, but Andy was like nothing I ever saw before. He said he wanted to take over security and training here at EC, and I said fine. It was one less headache for me."
According to an FBI intelligence report, Strassmeir's spent his time at Elohim City fortifying and operating a terrorist training facility. A May 10, 1995 FBI investigative report says: "Strassmeir is alleged to be a German citizen whose father was a former member of the German parliament. Strassmeir was a member of the German military and according to sources the principal militia trainer at Elohim City." "Strassmeir has an outstanding federal warrant issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) since failing to leave this country in 1991. "Strassmeir is alleged to train platoon-sized groups consisting of approximately 30 to 40 individuals approximately every three months at the Elohim City facility. These individuals are comprised of members of various militia groups
throughout the United States."
"Additional documents reveal that at one time Strassmeir was attempting to purchase a 747 aircraft from Lufthansa; however the reason for the purchase is not reflected in the documents." "Sources have advised that in 1992 Elohim City had approximately 122 truck loads of concrete transported from a local concrete company. Sources have indicated the existence of 'bunkers' and weapons storage facilities at Elohim City." In a Jan. 2, 1996 interview, Strassmeir admits to upgrading the Elohim City arsenal. "They're pretty fully equipped over there (Elohim City) and I can take credit for that," he said. "They never even had any real weapons there until after Waco (1993). The whole response was to Waco... they thought they were going to be targeted."
Strassmier remained at Elohim City until the Oklahoma City Bombing, at which time he left the compound with fellow Elomites Pete and Tony Ward. In a letter to the McCurtain Gazette from Strassmeir's attorney, Kurt Lyons, Lyons says his client's sudden departure from the U.S. was aided by members of Germany's elite counterterrorism unit, GSG-9. Dennis Mahon, Tulsa representative of the White Aryan Resisitence, has named the Ward brothers as being possible OKC Bombing accomplices. When shown an artist's sketch done by ABC News of the person that a witness in Kansas said used the name of Bob Kling, Mahon didn't hesitate, "That's Pete Ward." [11] "Ward," Mahon explained, "was known at Elohim City as 'Andy's shadow'...Ward went everywhere Strassmeir did and is dumb as dirt."

Iranian Man in Germany Warned of Attack

BERLIN (Reuters) - An Iranian man in Germany had warned German and U.S. authorities about a global danger less than a
week before the terror attacks in the United States, justice ministry sources said on Friday.
The man, who was in custody in the northern city of Hanover awaiting deportation, had insisted on ringing the White House
to warn them of the danger.
``The man was allowed to ring the White House, but there, as well as at the CIA, he was not taken seriously,'' an official from
the justice ministry of Lower Saxony told Reuters under condition of anonymity.
Now go ahead and try to tell me that German stockbrokers did not smell a rat BEFORE WTC2?
Germans tie terror groups to pre-attack stock trading

BRUSSELS - The president of Germany's central bank said Saturday there was
mounting evidence that people connected to the attacks in New York and
Washington sought to profit from the tragedy by engaging in "terrorism insider
trading" on European stock and commodity markets.
Ernst Welteke, head of the Bundesbank, said a preliminary review by German
regulators and bank researchers showed there were highly suspicious sales of
shares in airlines and insurance companies, along with major trades in gold and
oil markets, before Sept. 11 that suggest they were conducted with advance
knowledge of the attacks.
Welteke said his researchers came across almost irrefutable proof of insider
trading as recently as Thursday, but he refused to release any detailed information
pending further consultations with regulators in other European countries and the
United States.
"What we found makes us sure that people connected to the terrorists must have
been trying to profit from this tragedy," he said at a meeting of European finance
ministers and central bankers.
"If you look at the movements in markets before and after the attacks, it really
makes your brow furrow," Welteke said. "It is extremely difficult to really verify it, but
we are confident we will be able to pinpoint the source in at least one or two
cases."
Really? No kidding? Pinpoint the source... as in WHO THE HE!! MADE THE MONEY?
Gee whiz, that's gonna be tough, they might even have to actually check something, print out a few database reports, whew! Could be rough, actually thinking and all...
Ettore Candolfi, a board member of the Swiss stock exchange, said a preliminary
review showed several large block trades in Swiss Re of up to 16,000 shares in
the four days before the attacks.
And no one bothered to say hummm, what's up with that?
German regulators said they were paying particularly close attention to "suspect
movements" in the stock of Munich Re, Europe's second-biggest reinsurance
company, which estimates its losses from death and destruction at the World
Trade Center will exceed $2 billion. In the four days before the attacks, the stock
lost 13 percent of its value.
A re-insurance firm that can't even ask a few questions regarding their OWN FINANCIAL BASE? They drop 13 percent, and the other major activity in the market is shortselling AIRLINE STOCK? And they are a reinsurance firm?
Elsewhere in Europe Saturday, Belgian police arrested two men and seized a
large quantity of chemicals in an action linked to the recent arrest of Islamic
militants, a spokeswoman for the Brussels prosecutor's office said. Belgian
media reported that the chemicals could have been used to make a bomb, and
that the arrests foiled a "terrorist" plot.

I hate to say it, heck I hate to think it, but this one is rolling out to be just as smelly as the rest of the instances that our gubbermint fell in the mud face first. And when "they didn't have a clue, not an inkling that this was going to happen" we are expected to believe that that same gubberment magically gained info for 500 arrests and detentions in 2 1/2 weeks?
I'm gonna need to see more than a few "manuals" that "highly trained terrorists" conveniently forgot to drop in the trash time after time (cars, apartments, etc.) to buy off on this one being a total shocker to the feds. AND (just like batf before Waco) with the fbi catching a lot of flack for being a fumbling bunch of idiots...
I'm gonna wait and see on this one.
My witnesses have identified a man who looks like Peter Ward in OKC with McVeigh and two other John Does on April 18, 1995, one day before the Murrah Building was bombed. My info is that Peter Ward was a highly protected FBI informant even after he left Elohim CIty.
I have also identified the other John Does who were with the man who looks like Ward. AG AShcroft has had this info for almost four months and has refused to do anything with it-it is a monstrous coverup by the FBI and the DOJ of a failed sting in which they knew about and encouraged the OKC bombing (I think they intended to stop it but failed when it got out of control or they got double crossed).
The info in reply #18 is important because it ties Strassmeir with Ward and gives an ID of Ward. The sketch referrred to in reply #18 as looking like Peter Ward was done by Jeff Davis who delivered Chinese food to the man in the sketch at Room 25 of the Dreamland where McVeigh was registered. THe FBI still refuses to run fingerprints found in the room.
