We have never really waged personal war on the political & religious leaders of these fanatics. Palestine, Iran, Syria, Libya, Egypt, etc -- on & on, these countrys leaders need to be put on public notice, charges must be made, and ANY further terrorist acts from areas of their control must be punished by their deaths.
Kill the leaders, and eventually the movements will die, imo.
We have never really waged personal war on the political & religious leaders of these fanatics. The present leaders are either incapable to root out the terrorists or are sympathetic to them. In either case, we need to be present there to replace those leaders who are unreliable, or to assist those who merely need the means to govern. That means the same thing I have proposed: occupational force and a puppet government.
