The lower part appears to be an advertisement for the "Sifa" chain of bookstores: "Now everywhere! Comprehensive bookstore for children and family." The tiny print at the very bottom is extremely difficult for me to read but I'll slog through it if you like. I doubt it will be anything worthwhile, though.
The very bottom is telephone numbers for the different store locations in various cities in Egypt.
Pretty mundane stuff, but somebody ought to be checking out that bookstore chain......
