I noticed on Thread I that Hugh Askton credited the three of you for helping research this article.
THANKS, for your combined efforts in writing and researching this fine article.
Correction: I noticed on Thread I that Hugh Akston credited...
Fabulous article!!!
I have a suggestion for those Freepers who may be intimidated out of showing up on Saturday... It starts with a chant that goes like this...
"Same Song, Second Verse, A Little Bit Louder And A Little Bit Worse..." (then it goes right to a song)
"You Can't Ride In My Red Wagon, The Wheel Is Broke And The Axle's Saggin..." (then back to the chant)
"Same Song, Third Verse, A Little Bit Louder And A Little Bit Worse..."
This "round" of chanting and singing continues through the verses, till exhausted with each "verse" actually louder than the last!!!
Rush is talking about Edward R. Murrow's stupid chicken crap comments immediately following the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor, which, of course is dwarfed by the stealth and magnitude of the current atrocity on the city.
I hope Freepers aren't intimidated away from D.C. on Saturday to confront this croud of Commonists who hate the success of America and Americans even if it's government isn't perfect, all the time!
It's way ahead of any alternative these defectives have to offer as a form of government.
You're just getting back at me because I missed you on my flags earlier. I am hurt, but I accept your apology. :)
No Justice, No Peace!:-)
' No Justice, No Peace '
(I missed this last nite, so, bump!, so no one else does.)
So now we stand at the final crossroads. The enemy, within and without, will use every sleeper they have in place -- most of which, BTW, are NOT middle Eastern terrorists, but anti-Western ideologs in our educational and media systems -- to bring down the American experiment. This Americna generation will either recoginize this enemy, and rid themselves of it, or they will succumb to the relentless propaganda that will prolong this war to bring us ultimately to our knees. I don't think there's any third way out.
And I'm so angry, that I can't refrain in spite. It's my opinion, that the complicitous (education, the media), and the duplicitous (Clark and all the other the well positioned crypto-Marxists and henchmen), will NOT survive in their present, softened, well heeled form, no matter WHICH way it goes. The stakes are too high, and if the system comes crashing down, even without a final nuclear conflict, much to their chagrin, the elite Marxists will go down with it. I firmly beleive that. If I'm alive, I'll smugly remind them that "I told you so".
So the only conclusion I can come to is that they are so completely arrogant that they believe somehow they'll survive and rule over the rest of us, or like the suicide bombers, they know they'll die with the rest of us but are simply to spiteful to care. THAT'S pathalogical, and in spite of all the rhetoric to the contryary, THAT is unfortunatelly the core history of Marxism. Power for the ideologs, or destruction for EVERYONE.
So what do we do now? Bush's restraint has thrown a wrench into their plan. Is more restraint and quiet work the answer? Or taking advantage of renewed patriotism to shine a light on the cockroaches? I'd like to know your thoughts.
Still, if there's any hope, it has to be in the deep response by the American people to recent events. And I suppose you can do what I've done by tring to help anyone you know to tie together the three degrees of separation between our enemies without and within, the terrorists and the anti-Western thought and political power of the not-so-dead Marxist ideologies. But there are two problems.
One, it's so complex -- so few have any real understanding of political theory, social theory, or economic theory -- that explaining it to lay people is all but frustratingly impossible. Just try to tell the NEA member who teaches your kids at public school that if he/she persists with their current line of thought, our entire system may well come crashing down, and that they, like the people trapped in the WTC, will likely perish along with their imagined ideological enemies?
Two, if you do, like me, you may end up loosing not only your job, but an entire career. Because they're very well entrenched and very powerful. Check the link at my post #49 and see what they did to a member of student government. I got drummed out of an entire industry in a very similar way.
Still, once you realize that it may be all or nothing anyway, I urge you to take a chance and challenge every action like the one in post #49. If you're a grad or supporter of a school that takes a Marxist, anti-American, or anti-Western postition, contact the admin and tell them you're removing your financial support. If you're a member of or know anyone who belongs to a civic group providing scholarships, urge them to make the scholarships void for schools that undermine the very ground they stand on. Look for any other way to oppose them, at every front. Write advertisers fot TV programs. Try to tie in your protest with the WTC event and the war on terror. Not many comprehend the history of the internal Fifth Column, but nearly EVERYONE understands the horror of live images of people jumping to their deaths from 1000 feet. And cross your fingers. Because the wheel's now in spin, round and round she goes, and where she stops, NOBODY knows.
Carville said it. "It's WAR!" The dumb progressive jerk just didn't know how right he was going to be.
