The Congress can't tell Americans the truth. Americans would kill them. However, Congress can now, after several thousand people have been destroyed, waddle out of their offices and push a button to vote to NOW try to get rid of terrorist camps operating right out in the open in the U.S. How thoughtful of them. It must be for the children. They'll probably feel the urge to give themselves a raise after such valor, insight, discernment and courage.

But, if things get really bad, like say, biological attacks on U.S. citizens, thank God we'll be able to count on our government to help. Well, uh, maybe not. They obviously need a revenue enhancement. Then, somebody else will come along and tell us that Louis Freeh appointed Robert Hanssen into his last position with the FBI as counter-intelligence director in New York City. All is well.
