China is shipping arms and explosives to Cuba in a sign of increased military cooperation between Beijing and Havana, The Washington Times has learned. At least three arms shipments were traced from China to the Cuban port of Mariel over the past several months. All the arms were aboard vessels belonging to the state-owned China Ocean Shipping Co. (Cosco), according to U.S. intelligence officials.

What I have discovered these days is that people are just not concerned about what is going on. Some would prefer that the government did "what it supposed to be doing" and that they just went on about their merry little daily lives.

I will never forget how in a two day period, China was voted to be allowed in the World Trade and then the very next day the articles were coming out how China was saying the USA was their number one enemy.
How anyone could ever trust China is beyond me. I will never understand.
