China is shipping arms and explosives to Cuba in a sign of increased military cooperation between Beijing and Havana, The Washington Times has learned. At least three arms shipments were traced from China to the Cuban port of Mariel over the past several months. All the arms were aboard vessels belonging to the state-owned China Ocean Shipping Co. (Cosco), according to U.S. intelligence officials.

China is a benign dictatorship of the proletariat. While seeking its place in this hostile world it has endeavored to do many businesses around the world. It has 'borrowed' Manchuria. Is in discussions with Russia to rent much land from Russia.
It is a country with a massive population of intellegent and educated people looking for work. Some are placed in prisons while they look for work.
It is THE workers paradice that the USA should work with to build a peaceful world.
