Sounds like it from all the posts I see on FR about how we should nuke "any nation that harbors,trains,or assists terrorists." Hell,one guy on another thread agreed with me that this means the English would be justified to nuke Boston because of all the money and support the "professional Irish" have given the IRA!

I guess we are not only going to have to nuke Germany,but also going to have to nuke ourselves! After all,WE are the ones who supplied,financed,and trained bin Laden when he was fighting the Soviets,and we even went so far as to give him Stinger missles so he could shoot down aircraft!

Interesting that the last three major military actions the U.S. has/will engage in are in dealing with former CIA assets.
