After all,WE are the ones who supplied, financed, and trained bin Laden when he was fighting the Soviets,
and we even went so far as to give him Stinger missles so he could shoot down aircraft!

That was a different circumstance. Of course we supported
anyone who was willing to attack the Soviet beast.

The EU countries are as well-versed in terrorism as the Middle East.

bin Laden

Saddam Hussein

Manuel Noriega

Interesting that the last three major military actions the U.S. has/will engage in are in dealing with former CIA assets.

And people wonder why some of us are suspicious of the CIA and Spook Daddy Bush? I really like Junior but Spook Daddy always did make me nervous.

I'll bet they get thousands of these predictions. When they come true is when they backtrack. 999 don't come true, that 1000th does.

Gee Mike, do you think terrorism is illegal in Germany? Do you think they aggressively search out and prosecute these people?

Are you able to discern any difference between these types of actions against terrorism vs. Afghanistan? Afghanistan made Bin Laden their director of defense… They provide refuge for him. They have for years. They support his cause because their cause is his cause.

Well?

Maybe a shot of caffeine will temporarily boost your thinking to a slightly higher level…
Then you can review the facts again and figure it out...

Then again, maybe not...

Duh…

...and there is still the possibility that the guy is like the broken watch that is right twice a day. He could still be a lunatic and one of his prophecies came true.

"Germany was the base of operations for the Lockerbie bombing as well. These terrorists move all too easily from country to country."

Yet whenever a European politician has the fortitude to try and put a stop to immigration from the "Third World", he is promptly dismissed as a Nazi by the "enlightened" West, including many on this very forum.

Maybe NOW people will understand why groups like the Front Nationale and the Austrian Freedom Party are correct.

Oh yeah, that was real different. Bin Laden is a gift to us all from our loving benevolent government.

Government apologist are just as guilty and even more despicable.

>>That was a different circumstance. Of course we supported anyone who was willing to attack the Soviet beast. <<

Nonetheless,we (the USA) supported a known terrorist, and according to about half of the FR posters over the last couple of days, this means we should nuke ourselves.

How about a more recent example of US support for terrorists and acutally committing terrorist acts ourselves? I give you the bombing of civilian targets in the Balkans, and giving our support to Islamic forces (KLA) over Christian forces in Bosnia?

Jimmah Carter already did the firing in 1977. He even went so far as to allow the publishing of the names of foreign nationals who worked in their countries as assetts for the USA. He just didn't do any rehiring. He spent the money on equipment instead.

I'm aware that the US sometimes supports terrorists. Do you feel any better now?
