We should not wait.
Turn them to dust. Drop 20,000 flyers and several tons of Trade Center dust from aircraft 15 minutes before bombing. The flyers should state:
"In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."

Great Post U B, I worked in the Rocky Flats plutomium bomb plant [years ago]. A nuke bomb must be reconditioned [rebuilt] about every 6 months. They ARE radioactive, ya know!
