To all those who would seek to harm America, know this - we will discover who you are, and will bring the war to your hearth and home. To those governments who support these people, know this - your support, passive, active, it matters not, makes you a target as well. As we destroy your mercenaries, we will also destroy you. Your God is Satan. Prepare to meet him.
I would follow it up with a few massive airstrikes against those against whom we have already developed evidence. And.. then announce that further retaliation is forthcoming. Let these vile pieces of pseudohumanity sit in their own panicked urine-filled drawers as they wonder if they're next.
