Not to mention that AF1 usually has a military escort flying with it and most certainly would if there were any kind of emergency. Any highjackers looking to ram AF1 would have been blown out of the sky before they got close enough for a visual.

And if thats enough to tempt some destitute Arab to drop a grenade in Osama's shorts, then make it more more. If you can tell us, how did you know that Bin Laden was responsible at that point in time?
