Sept. 10, 2001; 11:30 PM, Pac Time: I turn off the television, vowing to watch less TV.

Sept. 11, 2002; a few minutes after 6AM, Pac Time:
I turn on my radio; radio host Hugh Hewitt says there are TV images of a tower at the
WTC smoking from a plane strike.
My iron will crumples; I want to see this, recollecting about the B-25 bomber that hit the
Empire State Building...
I flick on the tube in time to see a second plane flying, then disappearing behind
the towers, with a fireball expelled from the flight path...
I'm in such shock, I initially think, "that was a damned amazing special effect".

Was Rush Limbaugh broadcasting in New York or Florida when 9-11 happened? I wonder what he had to say at the time.
