Yeah, you've got it set for Max. A "0" value will do the same thing.
As the torrent flips over from mostly leechers, as it is right now, to mostly seeders, the download speeds for an individual joining the swarm won't be that great.
It's a riot when I get a torrent that's heavily seeded. It saturates my download at 129k/sec and comes down nice and fast :)
I'm looking through utorrent FAQ now . . .
