It looks like we buried the link deep in the site...here's where I buy my phone cards. They'll send them to you and you can send it on, or you can give them the address and they'll send it for you. Also, since it's the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, the little bit of profit they get is plowed back into benefits for the troops and their families...
