So are you going to start posting to the effect that, technically, Saddam is innocent?

It would be about as pointless as making the same claim for Slobo. One count of genocide, if it is as well researched as Srebrenica has been, is more than enough.

Believe it or not, I have heard NYC liberals say that Saddam's victims got what they deserved. You didn't anyone say this in public during the campaign, but I thought you might want to know what some democrats are thinking.

jane, it is very simple. Was the VRS/Bosnian Serbian Army under the command and control of the Yugoslavian Govt? Did they recieve official logistical, command and control, payment from the Yugoslavian Govt? On all of that, the answer is NO.

In truth, Slobodan had no responsibility nor requirement to do such things. The VRS was a completely seperate entity. That does not mean the VRS recieved pourous support from INDIVIDUALS within the Yugoslavian govt.

I could care less about this crp, but if you over analyze this, you get the conspiracy theorists running amock...aka Destro as a perfect example.

Saddams case is easy to try and convict. His Army under his direct authority under territory under his control openly killed innocent civilians.
