Apparently to Street, anyone with a black face is either a "brother" or a "sister," and entitled to a share of the booty. Except of course for the ones he so pleasantly refers to as the "ventriloquist's dummies". In other words, Colin Powell, Condoleeza Rice, etc. etc.
