This isn't about him releasing records. This is a writer acting like the nurse's statement is somehow damning, when it's not. If she told a reporter about ANYONE'S medical records she'd get fired.
She didn't comment. She refused to comment. If it were a false charge, however, I suspect that the nurse would have said it was not true.
