First you said they were only regulated by federal, then I gave you two examples of state regulation in which the Indians had to comply. Now you are asking for county - the fact is that tribes are NOT a country. Besides, you are missing the point, no where did I ask for tribes to be stopped from their businesses, in each post I asked that all the other colored people could try their hand as well. Certainly you support that, do you not? Or do you believe ONLY Tribal Indians can be allowed to run a casino, have certain machines and games in Washington?

So what are you waiting for? Lobby the legislature to change the STATE law that says you can't have a casino....
