First, what makes you think the local fish wrap would print them? Second come to town and go around and ask the owners or listen to local radio news reports and you will hear them interviewed. In a one paper town that is a left wing rag that is for the loss of personal freedom it is hard to read in print what is going on. I say it again go check out their on-line site and read their opinion page.

1) There is the Internet.
2) One could write a letter to the editor
3) Business could take out an ad
3) Statistics can be entered into the record of city/county council meetings
4) The restaurant associations can document the data.

Where is the data?
