When the lone individual is protected all people -- the majority -- are protected. Your response was irrelevant to the main issue. Several posters on both sides argue "A" points while ignoring The Point. You on the other hand rationalize that laws that already violate individual rights and property rights can somehow legitimize more laws that violate those rights.
