Cause: "No one opposes them from our side. I truly wish someone would, because these two would never get another vote out of me. But I am FORCED into voting for them time and time again because I would rather cut off my right arm then vote for a RAT."

Effect: "the longer they remain in their seat, the more vocal they become. And the more power they seem to believe they have. They use their seat to lay down rules for the rest of us just because "they" do not like it personally."

I also heard that congress wants to readdress the drunk driving problem. I know MADD wants .05 by 05. I wonder if they will get it.

Personally, I'd rather pass a smoker on the HWY anyday then a drinker. Drinking and driving is a REAL problem.

And when I drive and smoke, I could care less how many KIDS see me. heh! It IS my vehicle after all! :) And smoking is still legal, so I am still on the right side of the law. heh!

I'm not trying to be rude, but do you really expect anything else out of any of them?????

When I was dumb and stupid and used to have respect for the Reps, yes! I did expect things from them.

But times have changed.

In the Philippines? In my cave in the Ozarks? Ah, I know, raising my kids.

That chit started with the Clinton years, when he and she started that BS about "It takes a village to raise a child." That ALWAYS torques me off. I said "It doesn't take no village to raise MY kid!"

That BS to this day, really galls my butt, Mears. Takes a village my patoot!

Once in office, they sure learn how to "lie and spin" in a hurry, don't they!

It goes back further than Clinton with the first child restraint seat laws and bicycle helmet laws, fire proof pajamas etc.

They go back years here in Massachusetts(where else)?

I don't know how I raised my kids without the government issuing it's edicts about child safety.
