I spend a lot of time at the beach in the summers, and people smoking there generally doesnt' bother me but leaving their dirty nasty butts DOES bother me. I agree with this ban.

Then why don't we ban speach because some of it bothers other people. Somebody might say something you don't like.

The current hysteria is about that nasty cigarette.
In the thirties in Germany it was that nasty jew.
Sometimes you just have to put up with some small inconvenience on your part to avoid a much larger problem.
Your sensitivity bothers me so by your logic I should be able to ban you. Don't think that is too rediculous either.
What if the pendulum swings the other way and the majority of people get fed up with people telling others what to do and you become the outcast? What would you do then?

Glad to see that you agree with enacting further legislation, rather than enforcing current laws. Your statement would serve well to the gun grabbers!
