Hi, Sam and Snippy. What those men went through and the heroism most displayed is beyond my powers of description. What we take away from the Foxhole stories is that each generation of Americans has produced such heroes, God bless 'em. Nice postscript that "Pits's" award was upgraded to a well deserved Medal of Honor.
