Welcome.
My only complaint about that site is that it doesn't have much info about the PBR there.
You have to go to Hackensack NJ to see it.
But, at least NJ?NY Freepers in the foxhole can see where it is and eyeball one firsthand.

She's been on a "road trip". :-)
Not sure when she'll be back but she drops in at the Dragon Flies Lair every so often.

AH, nows I remember.
Laptop check-ins.
(They always told me the howitzer smoke was addictive and would melt my brain.)
Tossed two more onto the Dragon Flies thread.

Thanks for the nice post. My favorite uncle was career Navy and got a Bronze Star in Vietnam.
I don't suppose "Ketchup" Kerry stopped into the Foxhole to catch a thread honoring his old riverine service???
Almost didn't make it over to the Foxhole today - it was one of those Fridays. I hope everyone in the Foxhole has a nice weekend, especially the folks who just weathered the storm.

When I heard the soldiers of the Old Guard refused to leave their post at the Tomb of the Unknowns, it brought a tear to my eye, fer shure. I think the present generation of soldiers is doing just fine upholding the best traditions of the American fighting man and woman.

Sadly, my uncle passed away a couple of years ago. Didn't get to enjoy his retirement for long. Thank you for thinking of him. He is sure a hero in my eyes.

Hi Colorado Tanker.
Kerry did stop by, he asked if we'd give him a couple of threads to throw at the White House in protest since he didn't want to throw any of his own.
