Lake Trillium with Mt. Hood in the background which we eventually reached!

One of the Falls

The Gorge

snippy wearing SAM's AMVETs hat down by the Willamette River in downtown Portland. Who's afraid of a horrible picture, not me! LOL.

SAM headed for one of the many waterfalls we visited

Back of snippy's head and another waterfall

On the road. Every place looks like this! Trees, trees, trees. Very pretty.

Mt. Hood

Mt. Adams

Mt. Hood

The back of SAM's head at Lake Trillium. This is where SAM scattered Roger's ashes (his best friend). This is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place, Roger and SAM's favorite fishing spot. Roger was in the Navy so everytime they'd go out SAM had to have Roger row the boat, lol.

Kewl.
Trees everywhere..
*Feels like roaming the woods there ala 'bigfoot', but with coffee.*
Pretty pics there guys.
Now I'm tempted to come wander the west coast.
I think it's safer if I stay out this way though.

It took only one cup to wire you for sound?!
*Now tries to imagine snippy on TWO cups of the brew of doom.*

After about two hurs of craziness, all humorous of course, I think that the locals would request to have me tranqed.

And that may be a bad idea in and of itself.
Demerol and Thorazine do nothing to me, or work opposite of their labeled effects.
(I'm told that I am Hyperactive. Somehow I just don't see it.)

This has got to be just about the best picture set I've ever seen in the Foxhole. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, and that's coming from someone who's pretty doggoned proud of his home state, I'll have you know.

And Snippy, don't worry about your picture. You look great! What I want to know, though, is why SAM refuses to face the camera? Is he afraid of breaking it, or something? Or is he jittery from drinking Darksheare's brew? :)

Great thread as usual, guys! Thanks.
