Thanks for the reply. I have a feeling that this will always be a subject for debate. For myself, until they can prove it beyond a doubt, Crockett went down fighting.

That was the opinion of some of the people on the program. I think they did a good job of presenting different opinions. They also said that, like so much history, you never know for sure. You just collect evidence that suggests something is true or not. It's never conclusive. Interesting stuff.
