Good for him. And props to him for his guts and perseverance.
They call that justice? Five or more years to absolve an innocent man? Fifteen years on death row for a POS to be on death row? A long drawn out trial for a woman wo killed he own babies? FBI crimes against citizens still under investigation?
No, we don’t have justice. Whatever we have is a sham. I spit on it.
If that’s what he wanted good for him. 5 years backpay as a CWO is nothing to sneeze at. Also time in service should be back filled as well... so retirement without having to deal with 5 years of bullshit. Me, personally, I would have told them where to go
